These terms apply to the Kiki Draw iPad app and its services. By using Kiki you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms govern your relationship with us and Apple's EULA governs your relationship with Apple.
You need an Apple ID and must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.
Kiki gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You own the drawings you make and, to the extent permitted by law, the images Kiki generates from them, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. We claim no rights in your content beyond what is needed to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Prompts that violate these rules are refused, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly try. Content you report in the app is reviewed by us.
Images are produced by machine-learning models from your sketch and prompt. They can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to images produced for other people. You are responsible for how you use them. Kiki does not verify that generated images are free of third-party rights.
Every account gets a free monthly generation allowance, shown in the app, which resets each calendar month (UTC). Kiki Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through the App Store that removes that allowance. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renews automatically each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPad's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Kiki depends on GPU servers and third-party AI providers. We work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, generation speed or any particular output. We may change or discontinue features.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Kiki is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a place whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Questions: don.pinkus@gmail.com.
